Terms of Engagement
By completing the Free Case Evaluation and submitting the details you have provided in support of your Claim which will be professionally analysed by our Team and if we believe the details you have provided support with a Legal Claim for recovery of your losses we will advise you accordingly, and if requested we will submit these details to our Legal Advisors for the inclusion of your Claim into the body of a Class Action to be conducted by and on behalf of Investor’s who have similarly suffered financial losses through the fraudulent Mis-selling of defective Financial Products.
The cost to you for our professional services, management and advice under this Site will be a sum equal to 10% of a successful net recovery of losses on your behalf in the Class Action and in the absence of a successful recovery, there will be no costs or charges to you whatsoever.
It should be noted that there can never be a guarantee of a successful outcome in any Legal Proceedings however a Class Action will only be commenced on the advice and Opinion of King’s Counsel.
By submitting your Claim and details you will have agreed to the Terms and Engagement as set out herein.
